EvidenceFact

Security

Sensitive evidence demands responsible technology.

EvidenceFact treats sensitive records as something a person must control. This page separates design objectives from the handling practices this website already follows.

Objective

Confidentiality

Matter material is meant to stay with the people working on it. That is a design objective for the product. It is not a certification, and it is not a guarantee.

In place on this website

Information handling

This site does not accept evidence uploads and does not connect to a customer evidence store. The forms collect business details only. They reject some identifier patterns, including government identifiers and claim or matter numbers. The visitor IP address is not stored in the inquiry record. A confirmation shows a reference, not the application itself.

Product direction

Source traceability

An observation is meant to point back to the PDF page it came from, so a reviewer can check it. The workspace on this website illustrates that idea. It is not a live product screen.

Required

Human oversight

AI-assisted observations can be incomplete or wrong. A person decides what the record supports. The software does not make findings, give legal advice, or decide admissibility.

Current beta limitations

The private beta is for selected legal teams and PDF documents, including scanned paperwork. Completed certifications are not in place. This site does not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, end-to-end encryption, zero retention, attorney-client privilege, or an admissibility guarantee.
